I recently switched my e-commerce option from a customizeable free shopping cart I had found online to a custom-built webstore from The Next Level and wanted to express my appreciation.

Being able to log in from any computer through my own website, to add, delete or change products without having to browse confusing menu options is quite a change! It has saved me so much time and frustration not having to sort through a bunch of irrelevant options just to get to the few things I really need, like inventory management and multiple currencies. And with the simple interface my lack of programming knowledge is finally not an issue anymore.

With the new web store now fully in place (and processing orders without any upkeep on my part!) I'm looking forward to expanding my web store into wholesaling for the first time. Many thanks for a job well done.

I have a success story about my website. There is a TV show that the History Channel/ A&E is developing in Los Angeles called "Dying to Know". It is like "MythBusters meets Death". Anyway, they interviewed 30 docs and couldn't find the right doc so they did an internet search, found my website, flew me down to LA for an interview and then gave me the part in the series! I filmed the pilot Oct 21-30 in LA and we are waiting to see if the series gets picked up. I will know in December. Anyway if it wasn't for the website I never would have had this amazing opportunity.

Jeff designed and built our website for us, and recently upgraded things and coded in some software so that I can have full control over the content on the site. So anytime I have a new product I want to post in the store or some news to put on the home page, or an idea for something like this page you are reading, I can do it right away! Before, I would put it on a to do list and maybe six months later it would end up on the site.
