Return and Cancellation
RETURN AND CANCELLATION:
If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from TNL we encourage you to contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If we have authorized a return on your product, you should mail your product to: #101-3608 17th Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta, CA T2A0R9
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all item(s) returned in unopened original packaging, unused.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used.
CANCELLATION:
Cancelling your order after we have shipped, when we receive the item back from the Shipper the item will have a 20% restocking fee applied and any FREE shipping costs will be credited back to The Next Level. Shipping amounts are used to ship your item they are non-refundable.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If you receive damaged goods in your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a return and claim tag.

- Order number
- Product TNL code and name (this information can be found in your order confirmation email)
- Details of the damages
- Pictures or Video of damaged item(s)
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
Should an order be deemed undeliverable for any reason (i.e. Customs issues, incorrect address etc.) the cost of return shipping to The Next Level and any additional shipping over the $28.00 flat rate coverage through our free shipping policy (Should it apply to the sale) is the responsibility of the purchaser. There will also be a 20% restocking fee applied in accordance with our policy. Should the purchaser decide not to proceed with the order once the item(s) have been returned to The Next Level, a calculation will be performed and then a refund will be applied in accordance with our Return Policy and additional fees will be deducted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES:
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email: fred@thenextlevelinc.ca
