Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. The Next Level Inc. is not responsible for any additional customs fees or delays caused by the importing process.

Free Shipping Policy

Standard Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping when you spend $100.00 or more on level-priced items.
The discount will automatically apply at checkout when eligible.
Ensure the Free Shipping option is selected at checkout for automatic application.

Sale Event Free Shipping

During sale events, free shipping applies when you spend $150.00 or more on level-priced items.
The discount will automatically apply at checkout when eligible.
Ensure the Free Shipping option is selected at checkout for automatic application.

Note: If you choose to apply a coupon code to your order, the free shipping option will not be available.

Shipping Methods & Exceptions

If you select an alternative carrier or a premium shipping option, standard free shipping will not apply, and the full shipping cost will be added to your order.
Some items may have international shipping restrictions. Check your country's import laws before ordering, as certain products may not be eligible for delivery.
We use live shipping rates to provide accurate costs at checkout. While rare, we reserve the right to adjust the total shipping charge based on final carrier rates. If a faster shipping method is available at the same cost, we will upgrade your order at no additional charge.

Oversized & Remote Location Shipping

We ship oversized packages to remote locations. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we cover the first $25.00 of the shipping cost.
Any shipping fees beyond this amount will be your responsibility, and the total cost may be adjusted accordingly.
