Directions from Packaging:

• Abstain for 3-5 hours depending on device, but no less than 3 hours for desired results.
• Chew one piece of gum 5 minutes before anticipated need.
• Chew entire piece with mouth shut until fizzing stops.
• Swish the liquid from the gum for 2 minutes minimum around in your mouth.  Focus on your cheeks, tongue, and below your tongue.  Then spit or swallow.
• Your desired results will remain for 20 minutes after your last swish.  If more than 20 minutes passes, chew the other piece of gum and repeat steps.
