Instructions:
- Head start take 4 capsules with 24oz of water before bed the night before starting
- Morning take 6 capsules with 24oz of water at least 1 hour before eating for 5 days
- Evening take 6 capsules with 24oz of water at least 1 hour after eating for 5 days
- ICE capsules take 4 capsules with 24oz of water 90 minutes before deadline then take remaining 4 capsules with another 24oz after 15 minutes
